Breaking Point is a keynote address with an optional Q&A session that shares a personal journey through crisis, loss, and recovery. Participants gain insight into the effects of stigma, assumptions, and unmet needs, and how these factors can impact individuals during times of crisis.
 

Through reflection and discussion, the session emphasizes empathy, compassion, and connection, helping attendees better notice and support those who may be struggling around them.
