Understanding Perception and Personal Filters
Program Overview
Fractured Reality is a keynote address with an optional Q&A session that explores the impact of lifelong messages, assumptions, and societal expectations on self-perception and behavior. Participants hear a first-hand account of the challenges created by internalized beliefs and what are described as “broken filters.”

The session encourages reflection on how these patterns affect both individuals and the broader community. Through discussion, attendees gain strategies to recognize unhelpful patterns, strengthen self-worth, and foster resilience.
