Exploring Emotions Through Art

Discover the power of creativity as a tool for self-expression in this open-ended, hands-on art session. Using pencils, markers, paints, and collage materials, participants will explore their emotions through visual storytelling—creating one or more pieces inspired by how they feel in the moment.

There’s no right or wrong way to create here. Whether you choose to illustrate a specific feeling or simply see where the process takes you, this class is about making space for your inner world to take shape on the page. Our instructor will offer supportive guidance, prompts, and examples from their own creative journey to help spark ideas. At the end of class, participants are invited (but never required) to share their work in a safe, encouraging environment.
